Anjan Banik, Tripura Govt Science Teacher, awarded nation’s highest National Award 2023 of Govt of India in science communication during Amrit Kaal

New  Delhi and Agartala : Making history, being the first ever recipient from Tripura State apart from East India and North East India,  Tripura Science Teacher Shri Anjan Banik from Agartala has been honored with the National Award for Science and Technology Communications, the highest civilian honour for the promotion of science & technology and Science communication that conferred by the Department of Science & Technology and Ministry of Science & Technology of the Government of India along with the National Council for Science and Technology Communication (NCSTC). The National Council for Science and Technology Communication (NCSTC) an autonomous body of Government of India instituted in 1987 to stimulate, encourage and recognise outstanding efforts in the area of science popularisation and communication prescribing different six categories, which award is equivalent to Padmashree Award in the field of science popularisation and communication.

Shri Anjan Banik, Assistant Science Teacher serving for last one decade and now in service under the West Tripura District Education Department rooted to the Directorate of Secondary Education of School Education Department of the Govt of Tripura, has been awarded in category fifth ( E) under the initiative of total six awards of the National Council for Science and Technology Communication under the Government of India and the Ministry of Science and Technology. The fifth category of this highest civilian national award in the field of science communication is awarded to honour in recognition of the outstanding effort & contributions in  science & technology communication and for promoting science through innovative and traditional methods.

The first ever celebration of this year's National Science Day after a holistic declaration of Amrit Kaal remembering the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, the national celebration of National Science Day 2023 has been organized on February 28, 2023 at the National Stage of Vigyan Bhawan at New Delhi, where there was Dr Jitendra Singh – Union Minister of Science & Technology and Minister of Earth Sciences of the Government of India with an independent charge of Prime Minister's Office along with former Principal Scientific Adviser renowned Scientist of India Prof K Vijaya Raghavan, In Chair Principal Scientific Adviser renowned Scientist of India Prof A K Sood, Hon’ble Union Secretary of Ministry of Science & Technology Prof S Chandrasekhar and Head of National Council for Science and Technology Communication under the Government of India Dr M Mohanty.

In this grand ceremonial celebration, ever first-time award recipient from Tripura, Shri Anjan Banik has been presented the memorable silver momento by the Union Minister of the Minister of Science & Technology and Ministry of Earth Sciences of the Government of India with the acting minister in charge of Prime Minister's Office Dr Jitendra Singh and invited all the awardees to move forward with the moto of Prime minister Shri Narendra Modi ji to transform India into World Leader in the field of Science & technology. 

Besides, Shri Anjan Banik, only recipient of concern category as selected out of huge nominations at national level, congratulated with special award certificate by the recently superannuated Principal Scientific Advisor of the Government of India and the country's one greatest scientist Professor K Vijay Raghavan with the newly appointed Principal Scientific Advisor of the Government of India Professor A K Sood. Union Secretary of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Government of India Dr S Chandrasekhar and the Head of National Council for Science and Technology Communication Scientist Dr Manoranjan Mohanti was remain present on dais with the Union Minister and congratulate all the eight recipients of all six categories. In addition to the congratulatory, Hon’ble Union Secretary of Ministry of Science & Technology of the Government of India Dr S Chandrasekhar, as the phase of the national award, also invited to a special grand dinner for awardees from his initiative organized at the Janardan Dining Hall of the Indian Hebitate Center, Lodhi Road New Delhi.

The special publication of event Souvenir in terms of the announcement of the National Awards for Science & Technology Communication for the year of contribution till 2022 from the Ministry of Science & Technology of the Government of India and the National Council for Science & Technology Communication mentioned the praiseworthy words and detailed that Anjan Banik, Assistant Science Teacher serving for last one decade under Directorate of Secondary Education Govt of Tripura,  is one dedicated science communicator from Northeast India marching forward with his leadership to national level science communication highlighting a new age idea of Meta-Cognitive approach in science communication to insist student community to be future scientist & to mould teachers into Super Teacher-Scientist to transform science classes & science education into gold standard towards shaping whole School Generation as Scientific Nation for New India. 

Anjan Banik has notable active contributions in the field of science communication, science writing, science journalism, science education, science communicational research, science popularisation movement for last 28 years converting the barriers of Northeast into resources being a frontliner & connected globally acclaimed living legendary scientist community even with back-bencher students for good guidance.

Anjan Banik is trying utmost to implement his dream of newer Meta-Cognitive approach in science communication using the unique fusion methodology to develop science mathematical cognition with holistic integration & enculturation of folk culture like puppetry, painting & with Digital revolutions like virtual simulators, film making & E-quizzing to preserve the lost traditional culture at this digital era in innovative ways as an exemplar from the cornered zone of NE India.

During Post Pandemic situation, with an added value to last 25 years long experiences, Anjan Banik redefined & revived science communication along with science mathematical education through its virtual forms & connected the whole nation & international target population including record numbers of teachers, and students aiming to be future scientists through his solo initiative of conducted events like “India International Sarabhai Student Scientist Award 2020-2023”, “Sir JC Bose International Science Math Puppetry Film Festival Award 2020-2023”, “Dr APJ Abdul Kalam India International Student Scientist’s Innovation Award 2022-23” & “Rashtiya Swarnim Shiksha Mahotsav 2022-2047” etc, conferred appreciation through research paper presentation & publications of more than 8 papers at different national events under  Govt of India. His dedication has been now voluntarily supported by Scientists and concern event certificates are regularly signed as a token of inspiration by living legend Scientists of NASA, ISRO, Kennedy Space centre, Johnson Space Centre, Vigyan Prasar, DST, PRL-ISRO, ISRO-SAC & NCERT, due to unparallel efforts of Anjan Banik. Since 2012, Anjan Banik is trying to reach to the untouched remotest schools & under-privilege student populations through ensuring first time participation of grassroot level of students’ involving ST, SC & Religious Minorities especially Muslim & Girls students in NCERT science Exhibitions, NCSTC children science congress & ISCA science congress.

He is Life Member of ISCA-Indian Science Congress Association since 2012, Indian and International Science Writers Association-ISWA since 1999, AMIC-Singapore since 1999 and volunteering as National Chairman of largest national council-club of researchers teachers’ scientists - National Council of Researcher Teacher Scientists India (NCRTS-India) under VIPNET Vigyan Prasar DST Govt of India and other wing VOs. 

Anjan Banik has been presented & published 26 Research paper on science education, science communications at RIEs, NCERT, CSIR, NIScPR, DST, ISWA, ISCOS, DAE, IISF, ISCC, NCSTC, IJSC-ISCOS etc national & international events & journals. He was awarded with Teacher Innovation Award 2019 by Sri Aurobindo Society, Puduchery; UN Environment Hero 2019 Certificate of UNDP, MOE NAT 2021 Dhalai District Level of Directorate of Secondary Education Govt of Tripura, National Best Science Teacher Award 2018, Rashtriya Nabachari Shiksha Ratna Samman 2022 & VIPNET club coordinator’s felicitation.

विज्ञान और गणित को समझने के लिए भी हमें कहानी और खेल को ही माध्यम बनाना होगा । क्योंकि बच्चे कहानी और खेल में ही ज्यादातर रुचि लेते हैं । सुपर थर्टी आनंद कुमार जी यह बोल रहे थे । विज्ञान संचारक और देश भर की बच्चों में प्रेरणा स्रोत के हिसाब से जाने जाने वाले सुदूर पूर्वोत्तर की त्रिपुरा की विज्ञान शिक्षक, तथा इंडिया इंटरनेशनल साराभाई स्टूडेंट साइंटिस्ट अवॉर्ड कार्यक्रम के निर्देशक अंजन बनिक जी की प्रयास को आनंद कुमार सुपर थर्टी ने  सराया और देश की विज्ञान पढ़ने की कोशिश को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए अंजन बनिक को आगे बढ़कर देश भर की शिक्षकों की एक मंच बनाकर देश भर की बच्चों को मंच मुहैया कराने की पुरजोर कोशिश में जुड़ने के लिए उनको आमंत्रित किया ।

12 अगस्त को डॉक्टर विक्रम साराभाई जिन्हें देश की अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान की और अंतरिक्ष कार्यक्रमों की जनक माना जाता है उनकी 103 जन्मतिथि पर श्रद्धांजलि देते हुए सुपर थर्टी आनंद कुमार ने यह पहल की ।

सुपर थर्टी आनंद कुमार वर्चुअली इस आयोजन में और भी भारत के दिग्गज अध्यापकों और इसरो के वैज्ञानिकों के साथ मंच साझा करते हुए बोल रहे थे ।

सुपर थर्टी आनंद कुमार सुपर थर्टी आजकल मॉस्को के दौरे पर है । मॉस्को में भारत की अमृत महोत्सव के दौरान आयोजित भारत  पर्व शीर्षक आयोजन में वह मुख्य अतिथि के तौर पर आमंत्रित होकर गए हुए हैं और वहीं से आज शाम को डॉक्टर विक्रम साराभाई जी को श्रद्धांजलि देते हुए वह बोल रहे थे ।

सुपर थर्टी आनंद कुमार जी ने कहा के प्रवचन करते हुए हमारे साधु संत भी कहानियों पर ही निर्भर करते हैं और इसका इस तरह का कहानी ही लोगों के दिल और दिमाग पर असर डालते हैं और सालों तक चीजों को याद रखने में उनको मदद करते हैं । उसी तरह विज्ञान और गणित को समझने के लिए, हमें भी कहानी और खेल को ही माध्यम बनाना होगा । क्योंकि बच्चे कहानी और खेल में ही ज्यादातर रुचि लेते हैं । अगर देखा जाए तो इस 21वीं सदी में भी बच्चे मोबाइल के इस्तेमाल ज्यादा से ज्यादा तर क्षेत्र में खेल के लिए, मोबाइल गेम्स के लिए करते हैं ।  

सुपर थर्टी आनंद कुमार जी ने कहा कि हम भी हमारे सुपर थर्टी प्रोग्राम के तहत बच्चों को आईआईटी के लिए तैयार करने की कार्यक्रम में, बच्चों को मोटिवेट करने के लिए, गोलू - मोलू की कहानी को ही चुनते हैं और उसी की माध्यम से विज्ञान और गणित की जटिल से जटिल विषयों को बच्चों के साथ साझा करते हैं और उनके दिलो-दिमाग पर उसकी असर छोड़ने की कोशिश करते हैं, जिसका फल है कि सुपर थर्टी आज दुनिया भर में एक मिसाल की तरह शिक्षण कार्यक्रम बन चुका है ।  

सुपर थर्टी आनंद कुमार जी ने कहा सुदूर पूर्वोत्तर की त्रिपुरा की विज्ञान शिक्षक अंजन बनिक जी की अगवाई में भारत के महानतम वैज्ञानिक डॉक्टर विक्रम साराभाई जी की सपनों की भारत बनाने की ओर जो कोशिश उन्हीं की, डॉक्टर विक्रम सराभाई जी कि एकस-भी जयंती पर किया गया और जिस कार्यक्रम का तीसरी वर्षगांठ मनाते हुए बच्चों को प्रेरित करने के लिए इंडिया इंटरनेशनल साराभाई स्टूडेंट साइंटिस्ट अवार्ड दिया जा रहा है, उसमें भी खेल खेल में विज्ञान की तरफ विज्ञान के साथ विज्ञान शिक्षण के लिए शोध कार्य करने की प्रेरणा और साथ में ही अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान के क्षेत्र में वैज्ञानिक लोगों की काम करने की तरीके पर आधारित अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान पर मोबाइल गेम्स ऐप के जरिए बच्चों की विज्ञान की पढ़ाई की रुचि को बढ़ाने की जो को जो कोशिश दूरदराज पूर्वोत्तर भारत के विज्ञान शिक्षक, विज्ञान संचारक अंजन बनिक जी की कोशिश नए भारत को भविष्य में नए-नए क्षेत्र के लिए वैज्ञानिक देने की एक मुहिम है ।

सुपर थर्टी आनंद कुमार जी ने कहा, इंडिया इंटरनेशनल साराभाई स्टूडेंट साइंटिस्ट अवॉर्ड कार्यक्रम अगर वैज्ञानिक बनाने की कोशिश होते हुए भी, नए भारत को वैज्ञानिक ना भी दे पाए, फिर भी विज्ञान में रुचि लेने वाले बच्चे और छात्र छात्रों की संख्या में वृद्धि यह कार्यक्रम जरूर करेगा, जो कि भारत के लिए भविष्य में एक विज्ञान जागरूक नागरिक तैयार करने की कार्यक्रम भी हो सकता है, और उसी दिशा में काम करने वाले विज्ञान शिक्षक, सुदूर पूर्वोत्तर की त्रिपुरा की अंजन बनिक जी की कोशिश को एक एक मॉडल कि हिसाब से देखते हुए, देश भर की बाकी विज्ञान संचारक की काम करने वाली शिक्षक वैज्ञानिक लोगों की एक मंच तैयार करने की भी जरूरत आज की इस समय की मांग है ।

12 अगस्त वैज्ञानिक डॉक्टर विक्रम साराभाई जी की जन्म तिथि और भारतवर्ष की स्वाधीन स्वतंत्रता की अमृत महोत्सव की इस अमृत पर्व पर तीसरी वर्षगांठ में इंडिया इंटरनेशनल साराभाई स्टूडेंट साइंटिस्ट अवॉर्ड प्रदान करने की इस आयोजन में सुपर थर्टी आनंद कुमार और भी भारत के दिग्गज अध्यापकों और इसरो के वैज्ञानिकों के साथ मंच साझा करते हुए बोल रहे थे ।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र दामोदरदास मोदी जी की प्रयास से 38 साल बाद भारत में जो राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति का आगाज किया गया, उसी दिशा में “खेल खेल में विज्ञान” और “विज्ञान के रुचि को प्रोत्साहन” देने के लिए खगोल विज्ञान के क्षेत्र में विज्ञान शिक्षण और विज्ञान शिक्षण के साथ वैज्ञानिकों की कामकाज की रूपरेखा को जोड़ता हुआ, नए भारत की वैज्ञानिक बनाने की और बनने की चाहत रखते हुए, यह प्रोग्राम का आयोजन 2020 साल से किया जा रहा है । खगोल शास्त्री - वैज्ञानिकों की काम, बच्चों की चाहत के साथ जोड़कर, भविष्य की वैज्ञानिकों की नींव रखने की कोशिश ही है यह प्रोग्राम, इंडिया इंटरनेशनल साराभाई स्टूडेंट साइंटिस्ट अवार्ड, जो कुछ हद तक विश्व में इस तरह की प्रोग्राम की तहत एक अनूठी और अकेला इस तरह का प्रोग्राम है । इंडिया इंटरनेशनल साराभाई स्टूडेंट साइंटिस्ट अवार्ड, इस तरह की एक अनूठी और अकेला प्रोग्राम है, जिसे न केवल वैज्ञानिक बल्कि शिक्षा के साथ जुड़े हुए, देश की जाने-माने संस्थाएं, जैसे की एनसीईआरटी और उसकी शाखाएं जैसे की आर आई ई – अजमेर, आर आई ई – मैसूर, और आर आई ई – भोपाल, अपनी विविध जातीय कार्यशाला में और विविध शोध पत्र व्याख्यान की कार्यक्रम के तहत, इस अनूठी प्रोग्राम इंडिया इंटरनेशनल साराभाई स्टूडेंट साइंटिस्ट अवार्ड, को उचित दर की मानते हुए, मान्यता दी चुकी है ।

भारत की वरिष्ठ वैज्ञानिक जिन्होंने अपना जीवन डॉक्टर विक्रम साराभाई और भूतपूर्व राष्ट्रपति, वैज्ञानिक डॉ एपीजे अब्दुल कलाम जी के साथ बिताया हुआ है, और आपने योगदान से साराभाई जी के सपनों का विज्ञान संस्थान फिजिकल रिसर्च लैबोरेट्री (पीआरएल) को एक मुकाम पर ला कर रखा हुआ है, भारत के वरिष्ठ वैज्ञानिक डॉक्टर प्रभाकर शर्मा जी भी इस मौके पर उपस्थित थे और डॉक्टर विक्रम साराभाई जी की सपना भारत को किस तरीके से आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की और आगे बढ़ाता हुआ ले जा रहा है, इस पर अपनी राय व्यक्त करते हुए बच्चों को तीसरी वर्षगांठ में इंडिया इंटरनेशनल साराभाई स्टूडेंट साइंटिस्ट अवॉर्ड जीतने पर बधाई देते हुए इस कामयाबी पर सुदूर पूर्वोत्तर की त्रिपुरा की विज्ञान शिक्षक अंजन वनिक जी को भी बधाई दिए।

आयोजन में सुदूर अमेरिका से वर्चुअली जुड़े भारत के वैज्ञानिक डॉक्टर भारत भाई चनियारा जी, जिन्होंने 30 साल तक इसरो में अपना जीवन विज्ञान साधना में बिताते हुए डॉक्टर विक्रम साराभाई जी का सपनों का इसरो का एडु - सेट (EDUSAT) मिशन में योगदान रखते हुए देश की शिक्षा प्रणाली को अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान के साथ जोड़ने की कोशिश की, वह भी जुड़े रहे ।

इसरो के साथ जुड़े हुए, पूर्वोत्तर की शिलांग के पास बना हुआ, नॉर्थ ईस्ट स्पेस एप्लीकेशन सेंटर (Northeast Space Application Center – NESAC) की भूतपूर्व निर्देशक - वैज्ञानिक पीएलएन राजू जी, जो आजकल असम सरकार की असम के मुख्यमंत्री की विशेष विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी सचिव की हिसाब से कार्यरत है, उन्होंने इस इंडिया इंटरनेशनल साराभाई स्टूडेंट साइंटिस्ट अवॉर्ड कार्यक्रम में कहा कि, देश की प्रगति में एक नया आयाम देने की जो जिम्मेदारी वैज्ञानिक की है, उसी को निभाने के लिए डॉक्टर विक्रम साराभाई ने भरपुर कोशिश की । और उसी का नतीजा है, आज इसरो न केवल मिशन मंगल और मिशन चंद्रयान तक सफल हो चुका है, बल्कि बच्चों को वैज्ञानिक बनाने की चाहत को देखते हुए, वैज्ञानिक बनने की और बच्चों को मार्गदर्शन देने के लिए, यूबीका जैसे कार्यक्रम भी आयोजित कर रहा है और उसी पैमाने पर सुदूर पूर्वोत्तर की त्रिपुरा की विज्ञान शिक्षक तथा विज्ञान संचारक अंजन बनिक जी की अगवाई में इस इंडिया इंटरनेशनल साराभाई स्टूडेंट साइंटिस्ट अवॉर्ड कार्यक्रम डॉक्टर विक्रम साराभाई की 100 भी जयंती की अवसर के बाद से शुरू किया और 2022 में तीसरी वर्षगांठ पर आयोजित इंडिया इंटरनेशनल साराभाई स्टूडेंट साइंटिस्ट अवॉर्ड पूरे दुनिया के लिए एक बड़ी मिसाल है ।

आयोजन में राष्ट्रीय शैक्षिक अनुसंधान और प्रशिक्षण परिषद (नेशनल काउंसिल ऑफ एडुकेशनल रिसर्च एंड ट्रेनिंग -एनसीईआरटी) की विज्ञान और गणित शिक्षा विभाग की अध्यापक डॉक्टर टी पी शर्मा जी भी उपस्थित थे और बच्चों को गणित और विज्ञान में रुचि लेने की विविध प्रणालियों पर अपनी राय व्यक्त किए ।

सुपर थर्टी आनंद कुमार जी के साथ काम करते हुए, शिक्षण क्षेत्र को आगे बढ़ाने की काम में जुटी, सुमित फाउंडेशन की निर्देशिका मोना पूरी जी भी बच्चों को तीसरी वर्षगांठ में 50,000 प्रतिभागियों से जूझते हुए इंडिया इंटरनेशनल साराभाई स्टूडेंट साइकिल साइंटिस्ट अवार्ड जीतने पर बच्चों को बधाई दी ।

इंडिया इंटरनेशनल साराभाई स्टूडेंट साइंटिस्ट अवॉर्ड कार्यक्रम द्वारा पूरे साल भर बच्चों प्रेरित करने की मुहिम को रामकृष्ण मठ और मिशन बेलूर मठ की अध्यक्ष महाराज स्वामी स्मरणआनंद जी से और नेशनल काउंसिल ऑफ एडुकेशनल रिसर्च एंड ट्रेनिंग -एनसीईआरटी की रीजनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ एडुकेशन अजमेर की प्रिंसिपल प्रोफेसर एसपी एस भी शर्मा जी से भी बधाई दी और समर्पित शिक्षक शिक्षकों को स्वागत की ।

नासा की वैज्ञानिक जो कि जॉनसन स्पेस सेंटर से 30 साल से जुड़े हुए हैं, डॉक्टर जॉर्ज शैलीजार भी बच्चों को बारी बारी विविध कार्यक्रमों द्वारा प्रेरित किए ।

इंडिया इंटरनेशनल साराभाई स्टूडेंट साइंटिस्ट अवॉर्ड कार्यक्रम में पिछले 6 महीनों से विज्ञान की शोध और वैज्ञानिकों की काम करने की प्रणाली पर बनी हुई, रॉकेट लॉन्च से लेकर दूसरे ग्रहों में अंतरिक्ष यान को उतरने की तरीकों पर बना हुआ, वर्चुअल गेम पर खेल खेल में खगोल विज्ञान सीखने की बहुत ही चरणों में परीक्षा में सफल 12 छात्र छात्रों को तीसरी वर्षगांठ में इस वर्ष इंडिया इंटरनेशनल साराभाई स्टूडेंट साइंटिस्ट अवार्ड से नवाजा गया है ।

इन 12 बच्चे हैं :- तनवी वर्मा, हरीश भी, सानू वर्मा, अंशवीर सिंह बिंद्रा, देवांशी वैभव मेहता, सोमांशु आईकत, प्रगति सुनीता मुश्किन, हरजस सिंह, हिमाद्री गोराना, अनुश्री एस, शुभम दोराई, निकन कालुंदिया ।

सुदूर पूर्वोत्तर की त्रिपुरा की विज्ञान शिक्षक, तथा इंडिया इंटरनेशनल साराभाई स्टूडेंट साइंटिस्ट अवॉर्ड कार्यक्रम के निर्देशक अंजन वनिक जी की प्रयास से अमृत महोत्सव के अवसर पर तीसरी वर्षगांठ में आयोजित इंडिया इंटरनेशनल साराभाई स्टूडेंट साइंटिस्ट अवॉर्ड अगले साल भी आयोजित किया जाएगा ।

अगले साल  2023 साल में चौथी वर्षगांठ में इंडिया इंटरनेशनल साराभाई स्टूडेंट साइंटिस्ट अवार्ड 2023, 1 जनवरी 2023 से एक गूगल फॉर्म  http://forms.gle/nnZrKVZEuZbNAXMw9 के जरिए, जिसमें अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान के ऊपर की क्विज तथा प्रश्न उत्तर पर्व लेते हुए और साथ में ही रजिस्ट्रेशन करते हुए, पहले चरण में बच्चों का चयन किया जाएगा, जोकि फर्स्ट जनवरी 2023 को बच्चों के लिए उन्मुक्त रखा जाएगा । सुदूर पूर्वोत्तर की त्रिपुरा की विज्ञान शिक्षक, तथा इंडिया इंटरनेशनल साराभाई स्टूडेंट साइंटिस्ट अवॉर्ड कार्यक्रम के निर्देशक अंजन बनिक जी ने बताया की पहला जनवरी तारीख न केवल वैज्ञानिक सत्येंद्र नाथ बोस जी का जन्म तिथि है, बल्कि इस कार्यक्रम का प्रेरणा स्रोत सुपर थर्टी आनंद कुमार जी का भी जन्म तिथि है । उसी दिन अगले साल 2023 में चौथी वर्षगांठ में यह कार्यक्रम शुरुआत की जाएगी । जो बच्चे इस आयोजन के साथ जुड़ना चाहते हैं, वह उस फॉर्म के जरिए अपने आप को पंजीकृत कर सकते हैं और एस्ट्रो ओलंपियाड में हिस्सा ले सकते हैं, जो कि एक पहेली चरण होगी और दूसरे चरण में वैज्ञानिकों के साथ मिलकर, उनकी निगरानी में उन्हें अगले साल नेशनल साइंस डे - राष्ट्रीय विज्ञान दिवस के अवसर पर शोध करना होगा और उसके बाद ही चयन की हुए बच्चों को अगले साल यह अवार्ड दिए जाएगा ।

मंच पर उपस्थित सुपर थर्टी आनंद कुमार जी भी अगले साल की इस आयोजन की शुरुआत की दिन की इस महत्व को समझते हुए चौथी वर्षगांठ में इंडिया इंटरनेशनल स्टूडेंट सेंटर भाई स्टूडेंट सेंटर साराभाई स्टूडेंट साइंटिस्ट अवार्ड आयोजन के लिए आयोजकों को बधाई दी ।

Indian Science Techno Fest 2021

“Indian Science Techno Fest & Indian Teacher Scientist Innovation Award fest celebrated on National Science Day makes India Record”

National Council of Teacher Scientist India, the Govt of India Dept of Science & Technology, Vigyan Prasar VIPNET affiliated India’s Largest and such only organization of Teachers with Raman Science and technology Foundation And APJ Abdul kalam national Council of Young Scientists India proven its effectiveness of organizing International virtual event without a single penny and created a historical example of organizing such event only depending on Dreaming, Desiring, Discipline approach, Dedication and Devotion voluntarily.

The Indian Science Techno Festival along with Indian Teacher Scientist Innovation Award Festival organized based on such approach by National Council of Teacher Scientist India, with Raman Science and technology Foundation and APJ Abdul kalam National Council of young Scientists India concluded on 28th Feb 2021 on National Science Day 2021 through Conferring the Gold Award to the Best Performing Students and Teachers. 

The Unique national level ever first of such kind of virtual Program, Indian Science Techno Festival 2021 started on 12th Jan 2021 on National Youth Day, the birthday of Swami Vivekananda and offered the whole nationwide student and teachers’ fraternity the excellent scope of free registration in three student’s events and two teacher’s events. The Science and techno Speech, Model Machine designing and Live E-Quiz events for both Junior and Senior level students have been conducted from the birthday of Greatest Scientist Galilio Galili, well known as father of Astronomy and concern three tier screening phases has been guided by the national level awardee teacher judges virtually. Similarly, Teachers from different states involved themselves with their unique hidden talents in the Educational Scientific Paper Presentation and Teaching Learning Material development programmes. Record breaking numbers of Teachers and Students from Jammu-Kashmir to Kanyakumari and Kucch Gujrat to Arunachal Pradesh participated in the event, where no financial involvement is there from any kind.

Ever first time in India, and such unique mega virtual event, at its different stages has been appreciated attended and inaugurated by Ex ISRO Senior Scientists Dr Bharat Bhai Chaniara, Dr Jayanta Joshi, veteran Scientists from Vigyan Prasar, Govt of India Dr Arvind C Ranade, Dr B K Tyagi, Dr Kapil Tripathi, Ex Director of Neheru Planetarium and Senior Astronomer, Discoverer of Saturn’s rings structure Indian Planetarium Society President Dr J J Rawal, Mathematician Mathematics Professor of DESM NCERT Prof Til Prasad Sharma, Consultant Scientist of INSA Dr C M Nautiyal, Math Guru of India Er B N Rao. 

The overall Mega Events are Presided by chairman of VIPNET organisations affiliated to Govt of India, “Ganit (Mathematics) Saint” Dr Chandramouli JoshiJi, Well known as father of Science & Mathematics Popularization in India also, who started his career from the School as Teacher where Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhiji also started his study life.

The Selected teachers and students are uniquely awarded virtually through innovative award conferring ceremony where Bronze Award Certificate with Medal etc. has been conferred on 26th Feb, Silver award has been conferred on 27th Feb and the Gold award has been conferred on 28th Feb 2021 on National Science Day 2021. 

The other ever First national event, the Indian Teacher Scientist Innovation Award Festival 2020-21 has also been celebrated through conferring Bronze Sliver Gold honour to the innovative Teachers, who participated from 28 states and 8 UTs of whole India. The Festival started with open free registration on 15th Dec last year and concluded on National Science Day this year finally through conferring Gold Honour to the Innovative Teachers. The selected innovative teachers will be further engaged to train our school teachers at national level under guidance of Vigyan Prasar Govt of India as Resource Persons under National council of Teacher scientists India to develop the educational scenario considering the vision of our Prime Minister. 

On the Eve of National Science Day, Dr B K Tyagi, Senior Scientist of Vigyan Prasar Govt of India also virtually laid the Foundation of the three acer land based Maharastra Jalgaon area oriented dream project of Raman Science and Technology Foundation, where Sarabhai Teacher Research Center, Kalam Children Research Center and Ramanujan Mathematics Research Center with its all facilities and Amphi Theatre will be built in near future. Five Young Architect in the leadership of Abhishek Shanti Lal Patel of reputed 540x Partner Pvt Ltd (Gujarat) involved themselves to this dream project completely voluntarily and devotionally to make the project successful. Dr Tyagi in his words of wisdom also emphasized on documentation of such grand events and its outcomes and also assured the possible help and assistance from the side of Vigyan Prasar. 

In virtual celebration Event of National Science Day on 28th Feb 2021, Dr Arvind C Ranade, Senior Scientist of Vigyan Prasar, Govt of India also virtually inaugurated by sharing screen the official website of National Council of Teacher Scientist India which may be view at nctsindia.org. Blessing the praiseworthy activities of the organizations, Dr Arvind C Ranade also unfolded by sharing screen the sample quarterly mouth-piece Bilingual magazine of National Council of Teacher Scientist India titled Vigyanik Souch. 

In the celebration, The man Involved to India’s Mars Mission along with other satellite developing and launching of those even from France, Ex ISRO Scientist Dr Jayant Joshi inaugurated the newer network program of National Council of Teacher Scientist India, through which one center involving teachers and student scientists will be established at each school through out the country, naming Dr Vikram Sarabhai Science Techno & innovation Centre. Ex ISRO Scientist Dr Bharat Bhai Chaniara will be the National Coordinator of this largest School based open air center of teachers and student scientists, under the guidance of VIPNET, Vigyan Prasar, Dept of Science & Technology, Govt of India. On this virtual event Dr Joshi inaugurated three school centres also situated at Adibasi School Jalgaon Maharashtra, Banjara High school Vijayapur Karnataka and at Govt school J&K. Dr Joshi invited authorities of all the schools through out India to establish such center at their school so that student may be encouraged to be scientists and mathematician. 

Dr Chandramouli Joshi ji, in his presidential address invited all the teachers and student to join the science and mathematics popularization movement organized through National Council of Teacher Scientist India, the Govt of India Dept of Science & Technology, Vigyan Prasar VIPNET affiliated India’s Largest and such only organization of Teachers with Raman Science and technology Foundation, APJ Abdul kalam national Council of Young Scientists, All India Ramanujan Math Club, National Children Math Academy, Bhabha National Research Academy and also humbly requested all the state departments of education to offer the opportunity to this organizations to celebrate the mission of man making.

मैथिली में भी होगा विज्ञान का प्रसार

 केंद्रीय विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय के मुख्य लेखा नियंत्रक श्री अखिलेश झा ने विज्ञान प्रसार के द्वारा मैथिली भाषियों के लिए सहज और सरल भाषा में विज्ञान की पुस्तकें प्रकाशित करने का निर्णय का स्वागत करते हुए कहा है कि यह मिथिला ही नहीं, बल्कि देश और विदेश में रहने वाले मैथिलभाषियों के लिए ऐतिहासिक दिन है।

उन्होंने विज्ञान प्रसार के निदेशक डॉक्टर नकुल पराशर को बधाई देते हुए कहा है कि मैथिली में ब्लॉग लेखन, टीवी-रेडियो कार्यक्रम का भी निर्माण करने का विज्ञान प्रसार ने जो बीड़ा उठाया है, वह स्वागतयोग्य है।

पृथ्वी भवन, दिल्ली में आज विज्ञान प्रसार के मैथिली कोर कमिटी की पहली बैठक की अध्यक्षता करते हुए श्री अखिलेश झा ने प्रस्ताव दिया कि विज्ञान प्रसार की ओर से जो पत्रिका प्रकाशित होंगी, उसका नाम “विज्ञान रत्नाकर” रखा जा सकता है।  उन्होंने कहा कि मिथिला मेधा और विज्ञान की धरती रही है। यहां का दर्शन विज्ञान आधारित रहा है। इसलिए आज हमारी और तमाम मैथिलभाषियों की जिम्मेदारी है कि वे अपने आने वाली पीढी को अपनी भाषा में बेहतर सामग्री उपलब्ध कराएं।

इस बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए विज्ञान प्रसार के निदेशक डॉ नकुल पराशर ने कहा कि हमने कई भाषाओं में विज्ञान को लोकप्रिय बनाने के लिए काम किया है। हमें बेहद खुशी है कि अब हम मैथिली में यह प्रयास कर रहे हैं। सभी का बेहतर साथ और समन्वय मिला तो विज्ञान की दुनिया की बातें लोग मैथिली में देखेंगे, पढेंगे और सुनेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी योजना के अनुसार, विज्ञान तकनीक एवं नवाचार पर केन्द्रित न्यूजलेटर का प्रकाशन,  मौलिक रचनाओं से समृद्ध पुस्तकों का प्रकाशन, सोशल मीडिया पर मैथिली में विज्ञान के कार्यक्रम, मैथिली मे विज्ञान विषयों पर आधारित ब्लॉग लेखन, लघु फिल्म, वेब सिरीज का निर्माण,  इंडिया साइंस वायर पर उपलब्ध विज्ञान सामग्री का मैथिली में अनुवाद तथा विज्ञान प्रसार मे उपलब्ध खिलौना एवं किट्स का मैथिली में रूपान्तरण आदि प्रस्तावित है।

बैठक के दौरान विज्ञान प्रसार के कपिल त्रिपाइी, मानवर्धन कंठ और आकाशवाणी के दिलीप झा ने कहा कि हम सब लोगों में वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण विकसित करने को  लेकर समर्पित है। अब तक विज्ञान प्रसार ने अंग्रेजी, हिंदी एवं उर्दू के अलावा बांग्ला, तमिल एवं मराठी भाषाओं में साइंस कम्युनिकेशन, पोपुलराइजेशन एवं आउटरीच के कार्यों को आगे बढ़ाया है। इस क्रम को आगे बढ़ाते हुए मैथिली में भी विज्ञान प्रसार का निर्णय लिया गया है। पहली कोर समिति की बैठक में प्रकाश झा, रोशन कुमार झा, सुभाष चन्द्र, संजीव सिन्हा, अशोक प्रियदर्शी, कणु प्रिया और पीएन सिंह उपस्थित थे। सभी ने इस संदर्भ में अपनी बातों को रखा।
